About the Event
AMINA, in partnership with La Moisson Public Library, is offering a Food Preservation Cooking Class on Tuesday, October 13, at 7:00 p.m.
During this event, Lucie Phillips will discuss different ways to preserve fruits and vegetables that are currently in season and available at low prices. She will focus on freezing, which is the simplest and most economical method.
Each participant will prepare and take home a small bag of fresh vegetables to freeze.
